AviaConnectGlobal is an extension of who I am and what I believe. As I grow personally and spiritually, I’m able to guide and inspire our team, and in turn, the organisation flourishes. My guiding principle is: “Lift others as we rise” — empowering underrepresented voices, nurturing leaders, and creating opportunities in aviation that reflect my faith and values. Through Avia Connect Global, I aim to build a global community of aviation enthusiasts, particularly women and underrepresented groups, helping them pursue their passions, overcome obstacles, and thrive in a supportive, faith-driven environment.
