Our Research Project: Barriers To Entry To The Aviation Industry 

As our foundational project, we conducted a deep dive into the barriers restricting access and representation in the aviation industry. We recognise that research is a crucial first step. By understanding the real challenges faced by aspiring aviators, we can build meaningful, people-centered solutions and partnerships that create lasting change.

Partnerships & Collaborative Effort: 

Avia Connect Global is building a movement that brings together diverse voices and partners. Through this project, we are reaching out to Donors & Sponsors, Potential Members & Volunteers, Aviation Organizations & Training Institutions, Industry Leaders & Policymakers, and Communities & Families. Our goal is to create a global, people-centered network where research leads to solutions, collaboration creates opportunities, and representation inspires the next generation. While we welcome collaboration with all aviation stakeholders, our main focus is on youth-led organizations.
